A new Goombanian holiday.

We now have another holiday which all Goombanians must observe by imbibing in the fermented crops of the field while praising Goombah. March 29, Billy Carter's birthday. A man who overcame being raised by a nutcase mother and the influences of an evil older brother, who is basicallty the biggest commie in the US, to become a truly great American even if Billy Beer was not that great. This makes 198 Goombanian holidays that require imbibing fermented grains. Praise Goombah!
